| Last Sunday we were blessed to have Cullene's sister Debbie home for the Holidays. She lives in Dallas and came to church Sunday and sang with her sister "Breath of Heaven." It was beautiful and everyone enjoyed it so much. We had many OUT last week due to the holiday and we pray that they will all be back this Sunday to worship and praise our LORD for all that HE has done for us! |

This week we decorated the cross in front of our building with evergreen and lights. It's a very subtle but there are 4 red lights on the cross. The CROSS represents the suffering our Lord went through to provide us with eternal life. The greenery represents that life eternal. The lights are representative of JESUS being the light of the world and the RED represents the blood HE shed for our sins. Most people driving by will never notice the red lights. Only those who COME to the cross can appreciate it! |

You just MUST see the photos I've added from our ladies Fellowship last Thursday night! We had such a wonderful time. It was a very special time for me. I realized while preparing the meal and decorating my home that I have not had MY family in MY home in 18 years for ANY holiday! Needless to say my fancy dishes needed a good scrubbing and the silver needed polishing! I enjoyed having the women of our church in my home and I pray that they felt SPECIAL because they were my SPECIAL guests. We actually started at Diana Burrow's home for Salad, progressed to our home for the main course and then proceeded to Jean Watson's home for desserts and a WHITE ELEPHANT gift exchange. WE HAD A BLAST! |

Haven't done a lot of painting since we arrived home last week. I was busy getting ready for the ladies fellowship. I read this devotion by Max Lacado and was inspired to paint this picture. "Once there was a man who dared God to speak: Burn the bush like did for Moses, and I will follow, God . Collapse the walls like you did for Joshua, and I'll fight, God. Still the waves like you did on Galilee and I will listen, God
