About Bible Art

Bible Art is a unique type of personal Bible study that Vicky Murphy developed through her own personal time she has spent drawing on and from the Word of God.

She developed a complete series of "Bible Art" books, one for each book of the Bible, which combine color coding, symbols, and illustrations to aid individuals in their own personal time studying the Bible.

The problem for most people is remembering where their favorite stories are, so she encourages individuals to develop their own color code systems.

Vicky also teaches how to think in pictures when trying to remember certain scriptures. For example, Psalm 119:11 says "Thy word have I hid in my heart that I may not sin against thee." Drawing a red heart over that verse will help you quickly find it. Jeremiah 33:3 says "Call unto me and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not." Drawing a telephone over that verse will also help you find it easily. In "Presenting Bible Art", Vicky has included 200 symbols that can be used repeatedly to help locate certain scriptures.

Many people have difficulty drawing, but the method Vicky teaches, using graphite paper, makes it possible for anyone to draw.

Vicky has taught "Bible Art" to youth, children, and women of all ages. Vicky is available to teach "Bible Art" at Camps, Women's Retreats, Seminars, or as an Inspirational Speaker. Everywhere Vicky has taught "Bible 10Art" it is received with excitement and enthusiasm.

I am so very happy to inform you that the Bible Art has become contagious and
the ladies are chomping at the bits to get started. Our first Bible Study
begins this Thursday and we have 12 ladies signed up and ready to go. I
think we have an epidemic on our hands! PRAISE GOD!! I have had such good
response that the ladies that work and go to school are interested in getting
an evening Bible Study going so that they too can enjoy studying God's word
through Bible Art. I carry a copy of the workbook with me and it opens doors
for me to share Jesus with others. You have truly touched my life as well as

It was nice to meet wasn't it! I had a wonderful time. I describe you to my
friends as a little ball of dynamite! You have so much energy! Your testimony is awesome. Of course, I went shopping later Saturday to find stencil paper and possible templates to use. I even made some of my own. I discovered that the punches
